"The City of Palo Alto implemented the standard version of ALC on schedule and under budget. The duration of the ALC implementation was only about six weeks. We have eliminated their old manual process which was time consuming and not really up to the level of accuracy of where they wanted to be in terms of their requirement for actual costing.
